2019 Bus Tour
The 2019 PAPA/PennDOT Bus Tour and Educational Session was held July 30-31, 2019, in Scranton PA, and hosted by PennDOT's Engineering District 4-0.
We thank PennDOT, Pennsy Supply, and Hanson Aggregates for partnering with us to make this educational opportunity happen! We feel this continues to be a very efficient and effective means to gain first-hand knowledge and insight into how Warm Mix Asphalt is specified, produced, tested, and installed for a given highway application.
