It's our focus and hopefully, yours too...it's time!

It’s time to register to attend the 63rd Annual PAPA Conference January 16, 17 and 18, 2023 at The Hotel Hershey!  We have a spectacular line up of presentations and presenters!  From learning what’s going on with utilizing waste recycled plastic in asphalt mix,  the status of Balanced Mix Design, preparing for the "Buy Clean Initiative", to details from PennDOT and the PA Turnpike on the 2023 Construction Program, our 2023 Conference will inform, educate, and elucidate you on all things asphalt pavement. 

New to this year’s conference and we are very excited about, is the awarding of the first PAPA Gary L. Hoffman Scholarship to a deserving college student. We will also again recognize the highest quality paving projects for 2022 in each PennDOT District as well as the PA Turnpike.

And back by popular demand ~ The 3rd Annual Black Diamond Cornhole Throwdown, Exhibitor BINGO, Ring Toss, and 50/50 drawing.
