NAPA-Optimizing Hot-Mix Asphalt Aggregate Packing & Paving Operations
December 11, 2:00-3:00 pm ET | REGISTER
sponsored by Honeywell
The webinar delves into innovative strategies for enhancing hot-mix asphalt (HMA) aggregate packing and paving operations, presenting the critical role of functionalized low molecular weight (LMW) polyolefin as a lubricant. Attendees will gain insights into how this advanced additive optimizes aggregate packing, significantly improving production and paving temperatures.
The session highlights the correlation between improved lubricity and reduced temperatures during the asphalt production process, effectively promoting energy savings and sustainability within asphalt manufacturing. Participants will also discover how optimal aggregate packing minimizes compaction efforts, leading to more efficient paving operations.
The discussion underscores the long-term benefits of effective aggregate packing in creating stronger and more durable roads, ultimately enhancing infrastructure longevity and performance.
