2025 PAPA Environmental Seminar

It’s almost spring and we are gearing up for the PAPA Annual Environmental Seminar. The Seminar will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East.  We have a tremendous lineup of presenters from all over the United States this year speaking on a wide variety of important topics. We also have several presenters that will update you on PA specific laws, regulations policies and in progress or settled environmental court cases.

Want to find out what’s happening in Washington, D.C with the changes the new administration is bringing, we have Howard Marks Ph.D. J.D., MPH, VP, for Environment, Health & Safety at the National Asphalt Pavement Association, on the agenda to give us the latest and greatest. Want an update on EPDs and what PennDOT is going to use them for going forward. We have Dean Schmitt, P.E. lined up to provide that update. Did you hear about RISE PA and the almost $400 million available to update your asphalt plant, we have Louie Krak from Governor Shapiros Office presenting on how you can take advantage of those funds. We have more really great presenters from PACA, K&L Gates, RT Environmental, ASTEC, etc. so this will be one of those educational opportunities you and you company leaders will not want to miss.
