2023 PAPA Environmental Seminar

This year’s PAPA Environmental Seminar on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, is a must attendance for anyone who will be bidding or working on Federally Funded Transportation Construction Projects. With passage of the Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act (aka, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – BIL), and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), there will be significant evolving changes as to what will be required to comply with the environmental tenets promulgated by BIL and IRA. Joseph Shacat, NAPA Director of Sustainable Pavements, will be on hand to preview what changes have been made to date, what is anticipated, and how companies should prepare – now. He will also be discussing the Federal Buy Clean Initiative, and providing an overview on how to prepare Environmental Product Declarations which are being required by States and Authorities across the US and sooner or later, all US Federal Agencies. We will also have an industry panel on how companies are preparing or developing EDPS which should be highly educational and enlightening.
